Culture:
XA members learn and grow together and also have fun while fostering a sense of community. We create an environment where young people feel supported as they discover their unique talent and interests, while building a personal and professional network.
Commerce:
American entrepreneurship has always been a key component to the fabric of the country, it serves a similar purpose within XA programming. Through a small clothing line, XA members learn about marketing/branding/sales/design, but more importantly they are introduced to other local entrepreneurs and get to interact and learn from them during experiential learning field trips.
Civics:
Through community "chores" or service projects, XA members learn about civics through action. XA members take care in community/family and self. By learning about civics XA members begin to learn what it means to be a productive and active participant in our democracy.
